<span style="color:#8b0000">SOCIAL INSURANCE DIPLOMA PROGRAM (SID) IN BEIRUT, LEBANON: NOVEMBER-DECEMBER 2007</span>
After the success of the first edition of the Social Insurance Diploma Program in November 5, 2006 in Amman and the sessions held in various locations in the Arab World, the complete edition will be held for the second time in Beirut, Lebanon, from November 19 till December 14, 2007.
SID is a program of 4 intensive modules held over a 5-day period each and covering the following topics (approximately 24 hours per each 5 day module):

<span style="color:#4169e1">SID objectives</span>
SID trains professionals to contribute to the development and sustainability of social protection tools in an evolving Arab World, meeting the growing regional demand for technical & scientific training in the related issues. Actual case studies and discussions are an essential part of teaching, while the participants are also given a solid theoretical background in social protection.
<span style="color:#4169e1">Diploma - Certificate of Attendance/exam</span>
After successful completion of all 4 Modules of SID, participants receive a Diploma in Social Insurance from the Muhanna Foundation. A certificate of attendance is delivered to participants at the end of each module, provided successful attendance, participation and performance in the final exam.
Training language mainly Arabic, with some English interventions.
<span style="color:#4169e1">Who should attend</span>
The target participant is working in a social security institution or a pension fund, in the field of administration, IT, finance or management. The Muhanna Foundation strongly recommends companies and institutions to nominate their employees for several SID modules in addition to those specifically related to their line of work, that is, in order to gain a wider perspective on social protection and pension benefits. Based on previous experience, and where possible, the participants should aim at taking all 4 modules for completion. Note that the class size is limited to 30 participants
